I found the hotel to be an overall nice stay. The rooms felt like a 4-star property, were quite clean, but lacked a tea making facility. The staff, although a bit rude and irresponsible at times, did agree to a late check-out. The location was excellent, providing easy access to various transportation options and restaurants.

I couldn't believe this gem in Ernakulam! The hotel offers unparalleled value for money, especially designed for families. The rooms are simply fantastic, on par with what you’d expect in a 4-star property. Never seen anything like it before in this city.
